February 16, 2025: Volunteer Update!

A big thank you to all who signed up to volunteer last weekend! We had over 175 responses!
We are so grateful for your support as we kick off this exciting journey. Coordinators for each role have started reaching out to volunteers using the contact methods provided on the volunteer cards.
For those who signed up as Phone Call Volunteers, we have our first training session coming up on Tuesday, February 25th at 6:30 pm in the Parish Office. We can’t wait to meet you and get started!
If you missed the volunteer drive last weekend, don’t worry, you can still sign up! Simply email [email protected]. We welcome everyone, no experience is needed, just a heart willing to help St. Francis with this important project.
Volunteer Roles:
- Reception Volunteers: Help set up, clean up, greet parishioners, manage the sign-in table, or assist with food and beverage set-up. Receptions are held on weekdays, during both day and evening hours.
- Phone Call Volunteers: Make RSVP and thank-you phone calls (no donation solicitation). Calls can be made from home, and call lists will be sent via email.
Mailing Volunteers: Assist with preparing and mailing reception invitations, campaign brochures, and other materials throughout the campaign. These tasks occur during office hours.
